One million pangolins have been taken from the wild in the last decade. Eight species. All threatened. The same criminal networks that emptied Asian forests are now working through Africa.
We are building the AI-powered platform that watches every perimeter simultaneously, processes every camera feed in real time, and alerts rangers in under 200 milliseconds — starting in South Africa, scaling to every continent where a pangolin lives.

What We Do
Alpha-Panga is not a charity that bought some cameras. It is a technology company — a 30+ agent AI fleet already running in commercial production — that has pointed part of its infrastructure at the most urgent wildlife crisis on Earth.
The same GPU that runs structural engineering calculations for South African engineers watches camera trap feeds from pangolin habitat. The same AI agents that manage client businesses write conservation alerts for rangers. This is not an analogy. It is the same hardware, the same software, the same people.
That is why the mission is credible. We are not raising money to someday build technology. The technology is running. Phase 1 is active. The question is how fast we can scale it to the other seven species, on six continents, before the window closes.

Phase 1 proves the platform in South Africa. Each subsequent phase extends it to harder environments and more species. Phase 5 is the mission complete: the platform self-funding through licensing, all 8 species under active monitoring.

Temminck's ground pangolin. AI platform built and proven. Sanctuary land acquisition in progress — target: Kruger borderlands.
Phase 2 — Near Term
Multi-site network. 200+ hectares covered. Partner properties across SA, Zimbabwe, Mozambique.
Phase 3 — 2029+
Giant ground, White-bellied, Black-bellied pangolins. DRC, Cameroon, Nigeria partnerships.
Phase 4 — 2033+
Indian, Chinese, Sunda, Philippine pangolins. All 8 species under active monitoring.
Phase 5 — 2040+
Platform licensed worldwide. Revenue self-sustaining. Mission complete.

4 TOPS of on-site inference. Classifies every motion event: pangolin, human, vehicle, other wildlife. No cloud. No latency. Runs on solar.
Threat Assessment
RTX 6000 Ada, 48GB VRAM. Multi-model assessment: time, location, movement vector, proximity to burrow sites. Separates real threats from noise.
Secure Networking
WireGuard-encrypted mesh connects remote properties with no fixed IP, no exposed ports. A farm in Limpopo connects as securely as a corporate LAN.
